The FRC Emergency First Aid 4 h® consists of emergency first aid theory and practical exercises. On the course you learn, for example, how to resuscitate, how to use a defibrillator and how to stop severe bleeding. On the course you will practice emergency first aid topics. The aim of the course is to give you the courage to act in life threatening situations.
The course is certified and you will receive the FRC Emergency First Aid 4 h® mobile certificate.
With the FRC Emergency First Aid 4 h® training, you can renew the validity of FRC First Aid Course EA 1® and FRC First Aid Course EA 2® once within a three (3) year period.
The registration fee is included in the course.
